To choose optimal solution and to find the best partner for ensuring flawless operation of your IT equipment is not an easy thing to do. The level of responsibility depends on what services you plan to outsource, it is also dependant on the size of the company and the importance of IT system for the company. If you choose wrong, both you and your company can lose a lot.
Outsourcing is not necessarily a nightmare. It also has its bright side. If you do it right, you can substantially lower risks and achieve considerable savings when it comes to initial investments into IT equipment and its regular replacement. It has been proved that from outsourcing benefit companies with 15 and less computers at most. Such a company can reduce operational and maintenance costs of the system by up to tens of percent annually.
When you conclude outsourcing contract with Alliante you will obtain all required Dell IT equipment and moreover we will take care of its regular maintenance and provide unlimited monthly administration and maintenance of your computer network. Long term lease of workstations, servers but also of e.g. Dell printers and basic software equipment (operational systems and access licenses to server) constitutes a part of the framework contract.

Accidental service repairs of leased equipment are not charged to the client and client pays only for expendable supplies e.g. use of toner cartidges in printers. After termination of framework contract the client has the opportunity to buy the equipment for residual price.

Terms and conditions |

The price for delivery of computer equipment and service provision is calculated based on individual customer requirements and depends on the total volume supplied IT equipment, contract value, payment terms and customer ratings. Any contractual relationship is specific and concrete terms are part of the contract.
If you are interested in more detailed, general information, we will gladly provide them to you upon request.

Unless agreed otherwise by individual agreement, then the supply or lending of computer equipment depends on the purchase price of supplied IT equipment and the items are set forth in the tariff. Clients, with whom we have no prior experience, may be required to deposit or guarantee for the provided equipment. The rent or delivery of IT equipment assumes usage in a common office environment and in customary manner.
