Partnership with Alliante brings you an unlimited support and assistance including a full-scale maintenance, installations, deployment of systems and software applications, consulting and users’ enquiries with regard to office applications. And there are no additional costs connected to extraordinary installation of servers, migration of network environment etc.
We will look after your existing computers, but we could also equip your premises with brand new Dell systems (workstations, laptops, servers, printers and others) and secure their automatic renewal in a two or three years period.

Using our variable portfolio of services, you can set up a service plan precisely according to your needs. Select a support level that suits you best – occasional incidents, working days, weekends and bank holidays. Choose a 3 hrs response time for mission critical deployments or economical same-day alternative. One fixed price with no additional costs. **

Monthly service plan for a computer
Unlimited number of service incidents on-site, working days 09:00-18:00. Price includes also necessary loan of spare equipment for free of charge.

Complete and unlimited server maintenance, working days 09:00-18:00. Optional choice of a long-term loan of Dell server for free of charge.
